Youth Leadership Summit

2025 Youth Leadership Summit

The 2025 Youth Leadership Summit included 150 GEAR UP students from across the country in San Francisco, California during the 2025 NCCEP/GEAR UP Annual Conference. Students participated in a 3.5-day leadership training during which they learned skills and strategies to strengthen their ability to navigate their future. The final day of the program culminated in a student-led presentation about current education issues that impact students, given to the over 2,000 conference attendees.

In just a few days, students were able to enhance their public speaking, systems-thinking, and leadership skills by collaborating in teams and gaining diverse perspectives from one another. NCCEP’s 2025 Youth Leadership Summit was supported by Seeds Training and sponsored by Texas Instruments. Check out photos and videos below!
