Kelly Pappas

Director of Career & College Clubs

Kelly Pappas serves as the Director of Career & College Clubs at the National Council for Community and Education Partnerships (NCCEP). In this capacity, Kelly works to grow Career & College Clubs by helping GEAR UP grants, schools, and nonprofit organizations adopt and implement the program. NCCEP’s Career & College Clubs is focused on helping students prepare for success in high school, college, and life.

Prior to joining NCCEP, Kelly served as Associate Director of Business Development for ALL Management Corporation (ALLMC), where she led initiatives to expand access to postsecondary education, as well as manage customer service operations. Kelly also has facilitated several strategic planning sessions for ALLMC and other entities, including the Los Angeles Community College District and the California Jump$tart Coalition. Her most recent project, Educated Rooster, helps adult students go back to school to achieve their education dreams. Kelly also served as a board member for the Los Angeles Palms Recreation and Parks Department and is an alumni of the Los Angeles Leadership Network.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX. She and her family live in Dallas.
