Brief online courses on a variety of topics for self-directed learning and reflection.

A small cohort learning experience that combines virtual sessions with asynchronous online courses.

 
 

Discovery Lab

Short-term working groups that use design thinking to come up with practical solutions to big challenges.

Goals for NCCEP Labs

  • Facilitate opportunities for GEAR UP professionals to learn about and/or problem-solve relevant topics.

  • Build community and connections among GEAR UP professionals nationally.

  • Empower all participants regardless of role or experience level to envision themselves as leaders and learners.

  • Create and model interactive formats of engagement that can be replicated by others.

  • Support NCCEP’s national strategy to help GEAR UP programs excel, prove, and mobilize.
