Research and Evaluation
We work with constituents across the nation to promote better data systems, program evaluations, & rigorous research studies. We help build the capacity of GEAR UP by assisting with reporting and publications, specialized training and technical assistance for professionals of all experience levels, developing and providing guidance on data infrastructure, and consulting on research designs & evaluation plans. We have decades of collective experience evaluating U.S. Department of Education grants, including GEAR UP, National Science Foundation, First in the World, and Education Innovation and Research (EIR).
Program Development
We have a long history of working with GEAR UP grantees, institutions of higher education, state agencies, and school districts to help conceptualize and implement effective college access and readiness initiatives. We can help facilitate your needs analysis, support your strategic planning, and help design your programs. In addition, we have a wealth of experience in developing complex partnerships.
Professional Development
NCCEP specializes in creating professional development training programs for your teams. We bring content expertise in multiple fields including leadership development, grant administration and compliance, and effective program implementation. Simply need some support with your own events and training programs? We can help there too. We work with many communities to create training agendas, securing leading experts in the field as guest speakers, and providing on-site assistance and leadership during your event.
