I’m Not Even Sure I Want
to Finish High School

You may be sick of school and ready to get on with your life. A lot of teenagers feel that way.

Before deciding to drop out, take a look at the chart below. If you leave school without graduating, you’ll probably be at the bottom of the earnings scale. You’ll have fewer job choices. And later, if you decide you want to go to college, you’ll have to get your high-school diploma first.

The best advice: Finish high school. Or, at least plan to complete a GED program. A GED, or General Education Diploma, is similar to a high-school diploma, and you can earn it by taking night classes and passing an exam.

It’s your life. Make the most of it!
