National GEAR UP Day on September 18, 2009!
In commemoration of 10 years of successful GEAR UP programs,
September 18, 2009 has been designated “National GEAR UP Day. We
encourage you to join hundreds of your GEAR UP colleagues and over 1.5
million GEAR UP students in celebrating one of our nation's most
successful college access programs. The message is clear — GEAR UP
works!
Planning for National GEAR UP Day Webinar
To assist in your event planning and advocacy, NCCEP will be hosting a
webinar entitled Preparing for National GEAR UP Day. This one hour
webinar will be offered August 27 at 3:00 pm (EST) and August 28 at
11:00 am (EST). Pre-registration is required. For additional
